Our Metabolic Xtra supplement supports healthy glucose metabolism—the breakdown of carbs into simple sugars to stimulate insulin production. This supplement also supports healthy insulin receptor function and signaling in the body. The formula includes a combination of nutrients, including alpha lipoic acid, chromium, berberine and resveratrol.
The trace mineral chromium plays an important role in glucose and lipid metabolism, as well as enzyme activation. Optimal levels of chromium promote healthy carbohydrate and fat utilization. Healthy receptor function and glucose metabolism are supported by alpha lipoic acid.
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-3 times daily, with meals.
