I am pregnant and these to help with nausea but the taste is just not good, unfortunately. It is a quite strong and weird taste with the mint in it think and even the smell of these feels repulsive. Ginger lemon only would have been better probably. Maybe it is just pregnancy and they are not really that bad, so YMMV.
