SR® USDA Certified Organic MCT Oil is derived exclusively from cold-pressed Organic Coconuts without the use of chemicals, high heat or hexane. Packed with energy-dense fatty acids, Medium Chain Triglycerides [MCTs] are quickly digested, absorbed and converted into ketone bodies, which are used as fuel for the brain and body in individuals following a ketogenic, low-carb lifestyle. SR® Organic MCT Oil is comprised of both Caprylic (CB) and Capric (C10) fatty acids and can easily be added to any food or drink without altering taste.
As a dietary supplement, healthy adults begin by using 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily. May consume up to 3 tablespoons per day. Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort.
