A trial in a controlled setting compared several isocaloric diets composed of 15% protein, 15-85% carbohydrate, and 0-70% fat. Finally, carbohydrates participate in the synthesis of serotonin, which can cause cravings in some obese individuals. Finally, it doesn’t matter when or how many times you eat every day.
